    About Author 

    Ade Ladejobi grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and currently lives in West Sussex, England with his family. Inspired by his faith, Ade is passionate about bringing truth and love into the heart of societal issues. The Great King and a Girl called Olu is Ade’s first children’s book.

     

    About Illustrator 

    After graduating in graphic design, Pearl has been actively painting and drawing for many years. Her passion for illustration has led her to send some samples of the work to publishers in Hong Kong, kickstarting her children's book illustration journey. Since then she has illustrated many picture books for various publishers.Currently, she work as an illustrator in my studio in England. One of her notable collaborations was with author Ade-SL-Ladejobi, where she illustrated "The Great King and A Girl Called Olu", the first picture book published in the UK.
